TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS
     • Valid passport (more than 6 months validity).
     • Two (2) Philippine passport-sized latest pictures.
     • Itinerary showing entry and exit dates to and from Venezuela.
     • Documents proving adequate funds to support the travel.
     • Bank Statements reflecting monthly minimum balance. It must be
        addressed to the Consular Section of this Embassy.
     • If employed, Employment Certificate and other pertinent documents.
     • If not employed or a student, Affidavit of Support is required.
     • Properly filled out application form.
     • Personal Interview.
     • Visa Fee is US$30.00 (Payment is deposited in our bank account only upon approval of the visa.)

* Processing of visa will take 3 to 5 working days upon approval.
* All documents must be originals.
* In certain cases, additional documents may be requested.

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS
     • Valid passport (more than 6 months validity).
     • Two (2) Philippine passport-sized latest pictures.
     • Itinerary showing entry and exit dates to and from Venezuela.
     • Letter from the party or company stating:
     • Purpose of trip
     • Name and address of company which he has trade relations within Venezuela
     • Who will be responsible for the expenses of the trip and where he will reside while in Venezuela
     • If the party interested is the owner of the company, he must present
        the Certificate of Business Registration.
     • Contract of Employment, signed and legalized.
     • Bank Certificate from party that will be responsible for expenses
        and is addressed to the Consular Section of this Embassy.
     • Properly filled out application form. (typewritten)
     • Visa Fee is US$60.00
Note:
* The visa processing takes 3 to 5 working days.
* Income Tax Clearance should be presented at the Venezuelan
   airport before departure (Only applicable for those who have
   businesses currently operating in Venezuela)
* All documents must be originals
* In certain cases, additional documents may be requested.

TRANSIT VISA REQUIREMENTS
     • Valid passport (more than 6 months validity).
     • Two (2) Philippine passport-sized latest pictures.
     • Itinerary showing entry and exit dates to and from Venezuela
     • Seaman’s Book (one year validity)
     • Letter from the party or company stating:
     • Name of the Seaman
     • Number & expiration date of his passport
     • Name of vessel
     • Trip number
     • Name of airport / port of entry & departure
     • Date of entry, departure and next port of entry
     • Address in Venezuela
     • Letter from the company advising the seaman to join the vessel in Venezuela.
     • Overseas Employment Contract
     • Medical Certificate
     • Properly filled out application form (typewritten)
     • Visa Fee is US$30.00

* A transit visa has a validity of 72 hours only starting from the date of issuance stated in the visa.
* All documents must be originals.
