Our Consulate observes all Philippine Holidays, October 29 (National Day)
and the First Day of Muslim Religious Holidays.

Requirements
Tourist, Business and Social visit (611, 1A)
     • Filled up application form and one (1) passport size photo;
     • Original Passport which should be valid at least 6 months prior to departure;
     • Certificate of Employment including applicant’s position, working record, monthly/annual income;
     • Individual Latest Income Tax Return; and
     • Company Latest Income Tax Return if travel is company’s business;
     • Letter invitation from invitee or business partner in Turkey faxed to the Embassy:
     • Visa request letter from applicant’s local company-stating purposes
        of visit company name, company address and contact numbers of partners in Turkey;
     • Certificate of Registration of Business;
     • Bank deposit certificate or proof of savings
     • Hotel reservation in Turkey;
     • Confirmed round trip ticket
Seaman (611, 2A)
     • Filled up application form and one passport size picture;
     • Original Passport which should be valid 6 months prior to departure;
     • Original Seaman’s Book;
     • Letter of guarantee from the agent/principal in Turkey addressed
        directly to the Embassy (Fax No. 0063 2 843 9702);
     • Airline ticket should be submitted upon application; and
     • Original POEA Contract and Overseas Employment Certificate.

All original documents should be submitted in duplicates.

Processing Time: Three (3) working days from receipt of application.
