SHORT-TERM VISA (tourism, business and other visas
less than 90 days stay) PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION: 1. Complete documents required
(see below). 2. Processing time: minimum of 15 days after the appointment date. Applicants

BUSINESS VISA 1.

Invitation letter in Spanish from the company in Spain. Invitation
letter in English from the company in Greece. • Letter
from your company containing all the details pertinent to
the trip: purpose of the trip, length of stay, the counterpart in
Spain/Greece, who shoulders the expense.
RELIGIOUS VISIT VISA 1. Please follow
the Procedure and Requirements for Short-term Visa. 2. Additional requirements: •
Invitation letter from your congregation in Spain or Greece with details pertinent to the trip. •
Note verbal from the Apostolic Nuncio´s office. • A letter
from your local congregation requesting for the visa.
MEDICAL VISIT VISA 1.

TRANSIT VISA FOR SEAFARERS
(Spain/Greece) PROCEDURE 1. Complete the documents required (see the list of requirements
below). 2. Put all the documents inside one big legal-sized brown envelope with
applicant´s surname and name, name of agency and vessel, contact
telephone numbers in bold letters on the upper left corner of the
envelope. 3. The applicant or the representative of the shipping agency must come
on the appointment date to file the application and must pay the
visa fee of 4.200 Pesos in CASH (EXACT AMOUNT ONLY). 4. contact CALL CENTER for appointment. Note:
The application must be filed at least FIFTEEN (15) DAYS before the departure.
REQUIREMENTS Documents must
be arranged in two sets as follows: Set No. 1 : 1. Original passport with validity

Letter from the Principal or agent in Spain/Greece written in Spanish/ English
with same data required in number 4. 6. Plane ticket and photocopy. 7.
Photocopy of the first two pages of Seaman’s book. 8. Photocopy of Philippine Overseas
Employment Agency´s (POEA) Contract and Certificate. 9.
Photocopy of the Certificate of Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). Set No. 2: 1. Original
Valid Seaman´s Book. 2. One photocopy of the duly accomplished application form. 3.

FOR SEAFARERS BOARDING YACHTS IN GREECE, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT: (the original should
be attached to set no. 2, and 1 photocopy should be attached to set no. 1) • Certificate
of employment officially translated into English or Spanish, authenticated by
the Philippine Embassy in Greece and stamped by the Greek Ministry of Foreign
Affairs stating the following: a) That the seafarer will be repatriated back
to the Philippines upon the expiration of his/her contract. b)
That the seafarer will not overstay in Greece and exceed the
contractual period. c) That the seafarer will not do any other job aside from
that on board the Yacht, as per contract of employment. APPLICATIONS

STUDENT VISA (more than 90 days/3 months) PROCEDURE: 1.
Complete the documents required. Put all the documents in 1 large brown
envelope (with the applicant´s surname, name and contact number written
in bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope) 2. The applicant must come personally
on the appointment date to file the application and must pay the
visa fee of 4.200 Pesos in CASH (EXACT AMOUNT ONLY). REQUIREMENTS: 1. Duly accomplished

Enrollment at a public or private university, school or center indicating the
code number assigned to such university, school or center by the National
Registry of Universities (Registro nacional de universidades) or
the National Registry of colleges/centers (Registro estatal de centros
no universitarios), and the details of the course (plan de estudios)
to be taken. 5. Proof of economic means (bank certifications, international credit cards,
bank books, ITR). For minors: Affidavit of support from parents or
sponsor, proof of their economic means, ITR, bank certifications
etc.. 6. International medical insurance coverage. a.
minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros b. must be recognized in all Schengen
States c. must cover the entire duration of stay 7.
Three (3) photocopies of item no. 1 and one (1) photocopy of items 3 to 6. For
non-Filipino applicants: 3 photocopies of item no. 1 and 2 photocopies of items 3 to 6. If the duration of stay
is more than 6 months, the applicant must submit these additional requirements: (include one photocopy of each document) 1.
Duly authenticated MEDICAL CERTIFICATE indicating nonexistence of
Infectious diseases requiring quarantine, according to International
Sanitary Regulations. 2. NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) clearance. NOTE:
OTHER DOCUMENTATION NOT INDICATED MAY BE REQUIRED.
RESIDENCE VISA (without work permit) REQUIREMENTS: 1.
Duly accomplished application form. Application forms are available
at the Ground Floor, ACT Tower, 135 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue or upon

the applicant (to be pasted on the application form). 3. Valid passport (with validity
of at least 6 months). 4. Proof of economic means, bank certifications, financial statements,
certificate of employment, etc. 5. Letter from the applicant explaining the motive
for the application for the visa and indicating the place of residence
in Spain. 6. Travel Health Insurance •
Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros • Must be recognized in all
Schengen States. • Validity period of the insurance coverage
must be for the duration of the visa. (ex. A one
year Schengen visa must have an insurance coverage
of one year) 7. Duly authenticated MEDICAL CERTIFICATE indicating non-existence of
infectious diseases requiring quarantine, according to International Sanitary
Regulations. 8. NBI Clearance 9. Two (2) photocopies
of items no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8. Three (3) photocopies of item
no. 1 PROCEDURE: 1. Complete the documents required. Put all the documents
in 1 large brown envelope (with the applicant´s surname, name and contact
number written in bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope). 2. The applicant
must come personally on the appointment date and must pay the visa
fee of P 4.200 in CASH (EXACT AMOUNT ONLY) upon submission of the
application.
Working Visa REQUIREMENTS: 1. “AUTORIZACION
DE TRABAJO Y RESIDENCIA” (Authorization to Work) issued by
the Spanish Labor Authorities. This authorization to work must be
submitted within the 30-day validity period, from the date of receipt
of the employer, even without the verification stamp of the Philippine
Embassy in Madrid. 2. Duly accomplished application form. Fill up the front and back. Application
forms are available at the Ground Floor, ACT Tower, Sen. Gil Puyat
Avenue, Makati or upon request by e-mailing conspmanila@mail.mae.es. 3. One (1) recent
passport-sized picture of the applicant (to be pasted on the application form). 4.
Valid passport (with validity of at least 6 months). 5. Valid NBI (National Bureau
of Investigation) clearance. Do not authenticate this document. 6.
Valid medical certificate indicating the non-existence of infectious diseases
requiring quarantine, according to International Sanitary Regulations.
The medical examination should be done by the clinic referred by
POEA. The medical certificate has to be authenticated by the Department
of Health, Malacañang Palace, Department of Foreign Affairs and Spanish
Consulate. 7. One (1) xerox/photocopy of items no. 1, 4, 5 & 6. Three (3) xerox/ photocopies
of item no. 2. Make sure the copies are clear and legible. 8. 2 big legal-sized BROWN
ENVELOPE with APPLICANT´S SURNAME and NAME as well as the contact
TELEPHONE NUMBERS in bold letters on the upper left corner of the
envelope. 9. 2 COPIES of duly filled application form for courier service. PROCEDURE: 1.
Complete the documents required above. Put all documents inside 1
large brown envelope (with the applicant´s surname, name and contact
number written in bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope). Important
Note: Since the authorization to work has a validity of only
one month, the applicant is allowed to file his application even
without the NBI clearance and medical certificate, on the condition
that these two documents be submitted on or after the appointment
date. The verification stamp of the Philippine Embassy in Madrid
on the authorization to work is not a requirement of the Spanish Consulate.
It is a requirement of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration
and has to be acquired prior to the worker´s departure from the Philippines.
2. The applicant must come personally on the appointment date and must
pay the visa fee of P 4.200 in CASH (EXACT AMOUNT ONLY) upon submission
of the application.
RESIDENCE VISA (PETITION) For spouses, children (below 18 years) or parents being petitioned
by Filipino relatives with residence permits in Spain PROCEDURE: 1. Complete

bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope). 2. The applicant must come
personally on the appointment date and must pay the visa fee of P

Duly accomplished application form (Fill up the front and back) Application forms
are available at the Ground Floor, ACT Tower, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati
or upon request by e-mailing conspmanila@mail.mae.es 2. Copy of the “Autorización
de Residencia” issued by the Spanish authorities. Note:
The applicant has to apply for the visa within the 2-month validity period
of the “autorización de residencia”, from the date of receipt of the petitioner
of the said document. 3. Original passport (with validity of at least 6 months). 4.
One (1) passport-size photo (to be pasted on the original application form). 5. Duly
authenticated LITERAL CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH and LITERAL MARRIAGE
CONTRACT (if applicable) of the applicant and the petitioner, issued
by the National Statistics Office (NSO) on security paper. - If delayed
/ late registration, include Negative Certification from the Local Civil
Registrar, Baptismal Certificate, School Records (from DECS) and Hospital
Records of pregnancy & birth/delivery. 6. Duly authenticated MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
(done at any DOH accredited hospital or clinic) indicating non-existence
of infectious diseases, according to International Sanitary Regulations
(validity is 3 months from date of issuance). 7.
Duly authenticated NBI clearance (for applicants above 18 years old). 8. Proof of economic
dependence –only for parents- (remittance slips over a period
of at least 1 year or a bank certification with a detailed breakdown
of all remittances). 9. For MINORS: PERMIT TO TRAVEL from the Department of Social
Welfare and Development’s (DSWD). 10.
Three (3) photocopies of item no. 1 and one (1) photocopy of items 2 to 9. NOTE: OTHER DOCUMENTATION NOT INDICATED
