TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS
1. A
passport
2. Two (2) passport size photographs
3. A fully
completed Application Form
4. Flight Itinerary/Airline Booking
5.
Proof of accommodation(hotel booking/Address of SA contact)
6. Visa fee Php 3,620.00 for
visit exceeding one month)
7. Proof of sufficient funds e.g. bank statement or certificate
(original/cerftified copy)
8. Employment Certificate
9.
Statement and /or documentation confirming the purpose and
duration of
visit. These documents shall be original or copies
authenticated by the
issuing authority of the country of origin
10. A yellow fever vaccination certificate if
traveling from or through endemic area
11. A cash deposit of Php 35,000 maybe required to
comply with the
visa requirements which shall be refunded to
the applicant after
final departure from South Africa
NB: INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS AND OLD VISA APPLICATION
WILL
NOT BE ACCPETED. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS MAY BE
REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
