VISA REQUIREMENTS:
     1. 1 completed application form with 1 photograph affixed
     2. Valid passport with at least six months validity on the date of departure from Singapore
     3. Confirmed onward or return air ticket
     4. Valid entry visa to the next destination
     5. Re-entry permit if permanent resident of the Philippines
     6. Letter of Undertaking for non-permanent resident of the Philippines (form available at the Embassy)
     7. Processing fee of P650.00 (payment upon submission of application)

     Visa requirements from 1 to 6 are applicable to nationals of Commonwealth
     of Independent States (CIS), India, Myanmar, People’s Republic of China
     (PRC), Holders of HK Document of Identity and Holders of Macau Special
     Administrative Region Travel Permit.

Processing Time: 2 working days
For nationals of Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan,
Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria,
Tunisia, Yemen, Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Holders of
Refugee Travel document issued by Middle East countries and Holders of
Temporary Passport issued by United Arab Emirates, the application will be
referred to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority In Singapore for approval.
In addition to the above visa requirements, those who are not able to
produce the LOI, a certificate of employment, permanent resident or Third
Party Note (TPN) may be submitted.

Processing time: 5 working days

Note:
     1. All parts of the application form for the Visa have to be completed before submission.
     2. Incomplete requirements will not be accepted.
     3. Filing of visa application can be made on Monday-Friday, from 9:00am
         – 12:00 noon. Collection of visas is after 2 working days from 2:30 – 3:30 pm.
     4. For visa application referred to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority
         in Singapore, applicants will be notified of its approval.
