Visitor Visa Requirements MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (E4.45.1): •
Completed and signed Application for Visiting New Zealand form. • Supplementary Questionnaire. •
Application fee of 4,700 Pesos for Filipino nationals staying more than
59 days. There is no fee for Filipino nationals if the stay is not longer
than 59 days. Other Nationalities will be required to pay the fee regardless
of length of stay unless fee waiver agreement applies. • Valid passport (valid for
at least 3 months) for each person included in application. • One recent passport sized
photograph for each person included in application. • Evidence of funds for maintenance
in New Zealand (examples below) and/or evidence of sponsorship (i.e. sponsorship
from – a sponsorship form does not guarantee approval of visa application). •
Bank certificates supported by bank books showing savings history •
Personal assets – land titles, shares, stocks, business, registration, etc. •
Employment certificate showing monthly income, supported by income tax return •
If self employed provide business registration, permit, SEC, bank accounts, income tax return •
Any other information, evidence and submissions the applicant considers
show that the applicant should be issued with a visitors visa. • Completed TB screening
if intended stay in NZ is more than 6 months. Full medical examination
if staying in NZ for more than 12 months.
Additional Mandatory Requirements For Business Visits/Meetings/Conference •
Employment Certificate (if applicable) • Letter from Employer and/or New Zealand based
company stating who will shoulder expenses of the trip. •
Invitation letter from the New Zealand company. • Government sponsored trips require
a note verbale from the Department of Foreign Affairs and applicants Official/Diplomatic
passport.
Additional Requirements • Old Passports to indicate previous travel
history. • Leave certificate from employer if employed. •
Confirmed 2-way booking certificate from Travel Agent/Airline
showing
onward travel. We do not recommend you to purchase the tickets until your
visa is issued.
Dependants (aged 19 and under) require the following: • Birth
Certificate of Child. • TB Screening for intend stay of more than 6 months. Full medical examination
if staying in NZ from more than 12 months.

Modes of Payment Starting
1 March 2006 we will only accept payments BANK DRAFTS, MANAGER’S CHEQUES and only in PESOS. We will not accept CASH, POSTAL
MONEY ORDER, PERSONAL CHEQUES. We do not accept payment of other currencies or credit card payments. Payee should be “New
Zealand Embassy”.
PROCESSING TIME FRAMES Each application is assessed on its own merits, on a case by case
basis. Normal processing time is 5 working days for applicants with good travel history. Applications that may require
verification of documents or interview may take up to 45 working days on a case to case basis.
