Tourist/Business
No visa required from the Embassy, but with the following requirements:
• Passport (Valid for more than six months)
• Confirmed round trip ticket with onward flight
• Applicants must be interviewed at the port of entry
• Must have sufficient pocket money of US$2,000 it can be cash or
   Traveler’s cheque
• Confirmed hotel reservation before your departure
   NOTE: NONE OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS CAN GUARANTEE YOUR ENTRY TO ISRAEL.

Requirement For Tourist Visas For Nationals That Need Visa Before Entering Israel
• Valid passport – at least six months
• 2 copies of application forms
• 2 pictures passport size colored with white background
• Certification from the bank
• ACR – Alien certificate or status of stay in the Phils.
• Roundtrip airfare (booking certificate)
• Sufficient pocket money from US$2,000 dollars
• Visa fee – S17 dollars upon filling the visa or in Peso equivalent to
   current exchange rate from the bank.
   Note: Visa fee is non refundable
• Confirmed hotel booking
• Re entry to the Philippines
• Approximate time for request 5 days, then 2 working days upon approval
• If part of the group, the tour operator should submit the list of all the group
• Only contract workers can enter Israel on a one-way ticket.

SPECIAL WORKING VISA

After initiating a visa request at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the person
applying for visa should present the following requirements to the Israel
Embassy in Manila:
• 2 Official Application Forms
• 2 pictures passport size colored with white background
• NBI Clearance valid for travel abroad or the Middle East, considered
   valid only if it is submitted to the Embassy within six (6) months
   from the date of issue.
• Medical Certificate from an accredited clinic. Please Note that in
   addition to the standard medical requirements set by the
   Department of Health, HIV test, Hepatitis B surface antigen test,
   anti-HCV (Hepatitis C screening) and specific X-ray to test
   Tuberculosis are required. (Photocopy)
• Copy of Employment Contract with ribbon. (Photocopy)
• Statement of undertaking from the employer. (Photocopy)
• Affidavit stating that the applicant has no relative currently
   employed in the embassy that he/she intends to work in.
• Old identification document with photo. Must be able to
   demonstrate and show proof of identity to the interviewing officer
   (submit photocopy).
ONLY THOSE WITH B/1 AND SPECIAL VISA ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER
