IN ADDITION TO THIS, MEDICAL CERTIFICATES OF THE APPLICANTS
SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING MEDICAL EXAMINATION RESULTS:
   1. Basic Physical Examination
   2. VDRL
   3. AIDS Test
   4. Hepa B Test
   5. Leprosy
   6. Malaria
   7. Cholera and Typhoid
   8. Drug Test
   9. Liver Function Test
   10. Kidney, Urinary and Bladder (KUB) Test

Applicants who are nationals of different countries can secure their
visas from their respective country of origin or the Bureau will give them
visas with the telex coming from the Tripoli Immigration in Libya providing
that the name of the applicant, the passport number and the nationality
should be indicated in the telex and they must be resident of the
Philippines. For Filipino Seafarers, they should comply with the requirements of
working visa and their Medical Certificates should be authenticated
MARINA and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
