Requirements
For Filipinos-visa is waived for maximum 14 days stay. For more than 14
days stay visa can be obtained from this Embassy. Applicant will be
subjected for interview and approval by the Consular Officer with the
following requirements submitted before 10:00 am
     • Fully filled up application form
     • 1 passport size photograph
     • Original Passport valid for at least six months
     • Photocopies of the relevant pages of the passport (1st and last
        page + page with latest arrival stamped)
     • Sponsorship letter or affidavit of support
     • Letter of consent by the sponsor’s employer to sponsor 137
     • Photocopy of sponsor’s IC (certified true copy by the magistrate)
     • Photocopy of sponsor’s passport with valid employment pass
        (certified true copy by the magistrate)
     • Confirmed roundtrip ticket / RBA Booking certificate (open dated will not be considered)
     • Approved application will be charged peso equivalent of B$ 20.00
        visa fee and passport with visa will be released after two (2) working days.
        For Applicants with pre-approved visa from Brunei Immigration
     • Fully filled up application form
     • 1 Passport size photograph
     • Original Passport valid for at least six months
     • Photocopies of the relevant pages of the passport (1st and last page + page with latest arrival stamped)
     • Confirmed air return tickets as may be required
     • Visa fee ( peso equivalent B$ 20.00 )
     • Medical Certification from the Brunei Darussalam Accredited
        Clinic ONLY for employment visa.

For Other Nationalities
You may call the visa section of the Embassy for more inquiries. Some
nationalities may not require visa for a particular length of stay. If there’s a
need to apply for visa we impose the same requirements stated above.
Travelers who wish to enter Brunei Darussalam to take up Employment
must arrange for employers to obtain Employment Passes prior to arrival in Brunei Darussalam.
